By plane
Nantes Atlantique airport is connected to the major European hubs, and various other European cities. Once at the airport, an airport shuttle bus can bring you to the town center for 9€ in about 20min. Taxis bring you to the town center for about 30€.

By train
A high-speed train connects Nantes to Paris, Montparnasse station or CDG airport, in two hours. The train station is located in the town center. Train tickets can be booked online on https://en.oui.sncf/en/.

Getting to Centrale Nantes
Centrale Nantes is located in the northern part of Nantes. It is directly connected to the town center, with the tramway line 2 (towards Orvault Grand-Val, and get off at the stop “Ecole Centrale/Audencia”), in about 20 minutes. Each ticket costs 1€70 and is valid for one hour. 24h tickets are also available for 5,30€ for unlimited trips within the given time frame.
Centrale Nantes can also be reached directly from the airport. Either with the airport shuttle bus and the tramway line 2 (connection at “Commerce” - the airport shuttle ticket allows onward travel), or with a taxi, for about 50€.
